- California Certified Public Accountant and have an M.B. A. in accounting and finance from the University of Washington.
- Ability to rapidly evaluate any accounting and finance system, including the people, then efficiently implement material improvements.
- Have directly/indirectly supervised up to 40 employees, both professional and clerical workers.
- A diverse experience base including consulting work for Yahoo, HP, Stanford University, SanDisk & Bell Microproducts
- Experience with a variety of software including Microsoft Excel & Word, SAP, J.D. Edwards, Deltek, QuickBooks, Peachtree, ASK and QAD.
